We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
The item is damaged
The wrong item was delivered
Customers must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🚚 Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs
